Work History.....
A large part of my professional career has been spent at
Fiorano Software Inc
which is a product based organization focussed on
building java middleware server products in JMS and
SOA space. Serving as Team Lead for Fiorano MQ (JMS Server)
I got exposure to technologies like 'JMX', 'JNDI', 'JDBC', 'Web Services' etc.
I have spent a reasonable amount of time as Tech Architect working on building a financial grade transactional platform for Indepay. It was here that I picked up the usual J2EE application development skills required in building a standard three tier system.
Have also spent around a little bit more than a year working in building VAS applications for a Telco at HFCL. This exposed me to wonderful world of Telecom applications over Parlay/OSA.

- Have successfully managed running the VAS Transaction Platform (at Gisil) in production for 8+ months with reasonable up-time without any major engineering issues.
- Have played an important role in growing engineering team from a single member to 15 member team
- FioranoMQ has been consistently selling in the international market all across the globe with some huge names to boast of in its customer list (http://www.fiorano.com/customers/customers.htm). As Project Manager FioranoMQ I consider this as a big achievement
- Performance Wars – Have played a key role in always keeping two steps ahead of competition in raw performance. FioarnoMQ has always been considered as the fastest JMS server available – a fact that is acknowledged even by its competition.
